Celequa LF120 is a high charge density of water-soluble polymers. It can adsorb suspended particles into flocculation, enhance the efficiency of solid-liquid separation.

• Suitable for low temperature，low turbidity and high organics processing
• No need to change pH of the water before use
• Less dosage
• Less sludge quantity
• Suitable for wide pH and wide alkalinity of water

APPLICATION GUIDANCE

• Typical dosage range is between 0.2 and 2.5mg/L.
• Suggest to makeup 1-2% aqueous solution.
• Diluent DO NOT transport through the centrifugal pump, so as to avoid polymer shear degradation.
• When dissolved, linear speed at the end of mixer blade doesn’t more than 8m/s to avoid the polymer shear degradation.
• Adjust pH, the optimal dosage is determined by jar test.
• The equipment equipped with polymer solution shall be made of stainless steel, glass fiber reinforced plastic or carbon steel with plastic lining.
